To request a place at the Nutrition Workshop for Food Businesses, please complete the form below.

Susan will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know whether a place is available on your preferred date.  Full details of venues and timings will be provided to registered attendees.

Booking terms & conditions:

  • These workshops are open only to food businesses trading in Mole Valley;
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or alter the workshop without prior notice as required. Susan Church Nutrition shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by customers as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
 

Protecting your personal data:

  • Your address is required in order to verify that the business is located within Mole Valley;
  • Your contact details are used to enable us to provide you with information about attending the workshop and to provide follow-up information after the workshop;
  • Your name only may be passed to the training venue in order to give you access to the venue and to IT systems on the day of the workshop.
 

Funding, eligibility and booking

This project is supported by a Mole Valley District Council business grant scheme funded via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The workshops are open to small out of home food businesses trading in the Mole Valley district of Surrey. They are specifically aimed at cafés and bakeries providing lunchtime options, together with independent takeaway outlets offering hot food (e.g. pizzas, fish and chips, Asian cuisine).  These businesses will be given priority for places at the workshops, with an allocation of one attendee per business.  There is no charge for attendance.

To request a place, please complete the registration form.  There is a choice of a morning session or an early afternoon session at each venue.
