Registration

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations by customers made more than 21 days before course commencement will not incur cancellation charges.
• Cancellations within 8 to 21 days of course commencement will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received between 0 and 7 days before the course will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Customers substituting a registered delegate from the same company may do so up to the commencement of the course without penalty, other than any substitution costs incurred by Susan Church Nutrition.

Refunds: We reserve the right to withdraw or alter courses and other details without prior notice as required. If the course is withdrawn the fee paid will be refunded. Susan Church Nutrition shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by customers as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

Protecting your personal data:

• Your contact details are used to enable us to provide you with information about attending the course, to collect payment and to provide follow-up information after the course.
• Your name only is passed to the training venue in order to give you access to the venue and to IT systems on the day of the course.
